Vendor Registration for the 2027 Transit Retreat

The Transit Retreat is a unique opportunity to be integrated into a Transit event, not just off to a corner room in an "Expo Hall". We encourage our vendors to attend sessions, participate in all off-site group dinners and have real conversations with over 50 unique Transit and Mobility providers from across the nation.

This year, we're excited to have 5 awesome and engaging off-site networking events:

Tuesday (Pre-Retreat) - Tour and tasting at the original Hatfield Family Distillary at Moonshine Mountain

Wednesday Networking Dinner-West Virginia State University Center

Wednesday Evening Outdoor Reception at the Transit Mall in the Historic District Downtown

Thursday afternoon - tours of WV State Capitol building and time in Historic Downtown

Thursday Dinner- Food Trucks at the Capitol Market - vibrant hub for shopping, dining, local vendors

Vendor Fee options - all sponsor levels include the waiving of the $1,500 vendor Fee)

By selecting a sponsor level the vendor will have the $1,500 entry fee WAIVED.

After selecting your Vendor Fee option, you will be contacted to coordinate payment. Payment can be in the form of check or credit card online. Vendors that chose to via online transaction will be charged a 3% administration fee.

Basic Vendor Participation fee: $1,500 includes full access to the Retreat for 2 vendor employees and the following meals: Day 1 Lunch, Dinner, Day 2 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Vendors that choose one of our Sponsorship levels will have additional recognition for the event/meal that is being sponsored along with better placement of vendor tables for the Retreat.

Vendors will be provided 1 six-foot table with skirting for the Retreat. Vendors are encouraged to participate in sessions and networking events throughout the Retreat.

This is not your typical "Vendor Expo" you're attending. Prepare to be fully engaged at the Retreat with the Rapid-fire vendor intro session, networking events and ample time for one on one conversations with Retreat attendees. You'll have as much interaction with Retreat attendees as you want. If your intent is to staff a vendor table and not engage attendees at meals, networking events and sessions then this Retreat is not for you.

We will limit vendor attendance to remain true to our commitment of creating a small group atmosphere conducive towards one-on-one conversations.
