Vendor Registration


By selecting a sponsor level (Anchor, Gold, Break, Lettie G Howard or Networking), the vendor will have the $1,500 entry fee WAIVED.


After selecting your Vendor Fee option, you will be contacted to coordinate payment.  Payment can be in the form of check or credit card online.  Vendors that chose to via online transaction will be charged a 4% administration fee.


Basic Vendor Participation fee: $1,500 includes full access to the Retreat for 2 vendor employees and the following meals: Day 1 Lunch, Dinner, Day 2 Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Vendors that chose to pay now via online transaction will be charged a 4% administration fee.


Vendors that choose one of our Sponsorship levels will have additional recognition for the event/meal that is being sponsored along with better placement of vendor tables for the Retreat.


Vendors will be provided 1 six-foot table with skirting for the Retreat.  Vendor tables are to be staffed from 9:00AM - 4:00PM on Day 1 and 9:00AM - 11:00AM on Day 2.  Vendors are encouraged to participate in sessions and networking events throughout the Retreat.


This is not your typical "Vendor Expo" you're attending.  Prepare to be fully engaged at the Retreat with the Rapid-fire vendor intro session, networking events and ample time for one on one conversations with Retreat attendees. You'll have as much interaction with Retreat attendees as you want. If your intent is to staff a table during and not engage attendees at meals, networking events and sessions then this Retreat is not for you. We will limit vendor attendance to remain true to our commitment of creating a small group atmosphere conducive towards one-on-one conversations.
